A German men's grooming classic since 1959, best known for the spicy, fresh Tabac Original cologne and after-shave.
Mäurer & Wirtz of Stolberg launched Tabac in 1951 as a soap for men, renamed it Tabac Original in 1952 and added the Eau de Cologne and after-shave in 1959. The Wirtz family's company still makes it.
