Emil Élise began in 2022, by its own account, as a creative collective making unisex eaux de parfum in Germany under the motto Unlike Anyone. It now sells in 20 countries, and Choose Happiness won a Duftstars prize in 2026.

furor per fumum GmbH of Essen runs the house, and its perfumes are labelled as made by CLUB CREATED GmbH at the same Essen address; who owns the two companies was not found. Checked October 2026.
