Perfumes from a Dutch couture duo, made by L'Oréal for over twenty years, led by Flowerbomb for women and Spicebomb for men.
Dutch designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, who met at art school in Arnhem, founded their couture house in 1993 and launched Flowerbomb with L'Oréal in 2005. OTB has owned all of it since June 2026.
