Handmade, small-batch perfumes from a self-taught Zurich perfumer, best known for the dry desert amber L’Air du Désert Marocain.
Andy Tauer, a Zurich chemist who taught himself perfumery, made his first scent for a friend’s shop and founded Tauer Perfumes in 2005. He still composes the perfumes himself, and they are bottled by hand in Zurich.
