Daniel Patrick Giles, a Canadian-born beauty marketing executive, started Perfumehead in Los Angeles in 2022, paying for it himself, to bottle his adopted city as extraits de parfum. It now sells eleven perfumes through about 40 shops in the United States and Canada.
