Los Angeles perfume brand for young buyers, launched at Ulta in 2024 with scents by Jérôme Epinette; Unmute, a vanilla, was its early best seller.
Shaun Neff, who had built brands with celebrities, launched NOYZ in June 2024 without one: four perfumes by Jérôme Epinette, sold at Ulta Beauty and promoted by 44 influencers. It has since added more scents and solid perfumes.
