Floral perfumes from a Paris couture house; L'Interdit, made for Audrey Hepburn and sold from 1957, then reworked in 2018, is its best known.

Hubert de Givenchy opened his couture house in Paris in 1952, aged 24. In 1957 he launched L'Interdit, made for his friend Audrey Hepburn. LVMH has owned both the fashion house and the perfume company since the late 1980s.
