A small London house with four perfumes built on rare natural materials, best known for Thirty Three, an oud scent around oil distilled in 1980.
Matthew Zhuk, a Canadian who moved to London in 2010, launched Ex Idolo in 2013 with Thirty Three, an oud perfume he had been working on for about five years. The house, which says he founded it with Tanya Zhuk, has released four perfumes.

Independent: owned by its founders, Matthew and Tanya Zhuk, by the house's own account; the two UK companies of its name were dissolved in 2016 and no later one was found. Ex Idolo makes its own perfumes. Checked October 2026.
