Low-priced Arabian-style perfumes from the UAE, led by 9 PM, a sweet vanilla scent ranked second among men's perfumes on Amazon in 2025.
Imran Fazlani, who says he started out in retail, founded Afnan Perfumes in the UAE in 2007 and is still its chairman and nose. It now makes its perfumes in its own UAE factory and sells in over 120 countries. Trade press says wearers compare its perfumes with famous designer ones; Afnan's own pages never name another brand's perfume.
